The primary purpose of Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, is to provide a learning environment in which students, faculty, and staff can discover, create, heal, and respect one another’s differences.
We offer a unique experience for students and educators of all backgrounds. We value and appreciate the different viewpoints they share each day by providing a safe space of inclusion for all groups including diversity of thought, life experiences, race and ethnicity, age, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, language abilities, veteran status, socioeconomic and cultural background, religious and nonreligious beliefs, and much more. We believe diversity brings us together and is woven into our institution’s fabric.
